Got my new oven installed AT LAST
. After a thorough search on internet reviews, friends' comments & cost vs benefits weighting, I decided to give this mid-range Italian built Electrolux a go!!! Compared to the old one, its outlook is modern & contemporary, buttons are hidden & have to press them out when in use. Apart from the basic oven functions (Conventional, fan forced, grill, bottom heat, fan cooking etc), it has a Pizza function that is specially designed to provide direct heat to the base of pizzas, quiches or pies while the fan ensures air is circulated to cook the pizza toppings or pie fillings. Sounds cool, isnt it? 
I cant wait to start my first trial, hopefully today.......
