這個blueberry muffin 的 recipe 是媽媽給我的,很易做又好吃,最啱拿出來招呼朋友 

大焗爐壞了今次要用多士爐整,只做了5個咋。

材料:
6 oz self-raising flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 cup cooking oil (any type)
1 egg
3 oz milk
vanilla essence
blueberry

(1) Sift self-raising flour & baking powder into a large bowl
(2) + Sugar & mix together with (1)
(3) Egg + milk + oil mix together, then stir into above mixture (1) & (2). Let it just combined, dont over-stirred!
(4) add in tiny little bit of vanilla essence (optional). Also add in blueberries.

(5) Pour mixture into small muffin cups for around 3/4 full (leave space for them to raise)

(6) put into oven: 180 C, bake for 20 - 25 minutes until golden.


Take them out & leave them to cool down for a while before serve.


用多士爐做已經得架啦。加埋杯咖啡就係一個很好的早歺或下午茶啦
